1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the QrDrop web application available at qrdrop.site ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights
QrDrop grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to generate, customize, download, and commercially use any vector SVG or PNG QR code generated through the Service.
- You may print generated QR codes on commercial products, apparel, business cards, and marketing materials.
- You retain 100% full copyright and ownership over your uploaded logos and destination content.
- No attribution or backlink to QrDrop is required.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to encode malicious payloads, including but not limited to:
- Phishing websites, credential-harvesting pages, or malware download links.
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
- Deceptive scams or unlawful surveillance links.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While QrDrop utilizes ISO-compliant Reed-Solomon error correction algorithms, we do not guarantee that every physical printer or camera sensor will read customized codes under adverse lighting, low-contrast ink, or improper quiet zones.
Users are strongly encouraged to perform physical test scans before initiating mass commercial print runs.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of QrDrop at any time without prior notice.
