1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike traditional SaaS QR generators that route traffic through intermediary servers to track scans, QrDrop does not collect or log:

  • Destination URLs or text snippets entered into the generator.
  • Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs), passphrases, or encryption keys.
  • Digital business card (vCard) personal contact information.
  • Images, company logos, or vector files uploaded to the studio.
  • Scan event logs, scanner geolocation, or scanner device identifiers.

2. Local Storage Usage

QrDrop may store minimal, non-identifiable UI preferences in your browser's local storage (localStorage), specifically:

This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
